Built in 2004, by Diversified Marine Incorporated of Portland, Oregon (hull #17) as the John Quigg for Harley Marine Services Incorporated of Seattle, Washington.
Powered by one, Caterpillar 3056B diesel engine. And one, Caterpillar C4-4 diesel engine. With Rolls Royce Aquamaster 1350H z drives, at a ratio of 2.52:1. Turning two, 80(in) by 75(in), four bladed, Ni-Al bronze propellers. For a rated 4,800 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 99kW Caterpillar 305GT generator sets. The tug's capacities are 20,000 gallons of fuel, 1,400 gallons of water, 420 gallons of lube oil, and 1,500 gallons of Hydraulic oil.
