Description
This is a P-40 chasing a A6M in a Pearl Harbor re-enactment. P-40 Warhawk was the name the United States Army Air Corps gave the plane, and after June 1941, USAAF adopted the name for all models, making it the official name in the U.S. for all P-40s. The British Commonwealth and Soviet air forces used the name Tomahawk for models equivalent to the P-40B and P-40C, and the name Kittyhawk for models equivalent to the P-40D and all later variants.
The Mitsubishi A6M "Zero" is a long-range fighter aircraft formerly manufactured by Mitsubishi Aircraft Company, a part of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and operated by the Imperial Japanese Navy from 1940 to 1945. The A6M was designated as the Mitsubishi Navy Type 0 carrier fighter, or the Mitsubishi A6M Rei-sen.

Great capture! It reminds me somewhat of the early days of our marriage, when we had Vulcan bombers refueling from Victor tankers flying overhead all day. The noise could get pretty bad at times, even with all the doors and windows shut.
